Abberanti, Are you referring to Blogs run my MSM or by journalists. I do know quite a few blog by journalists....they were among the first few to embrace blogging. As regards MSM, i think BusinessWeek is probably one of them who is using the blog as a medium.
Keerthi, Me running a newspaper?......a far fetched dream.
ganesh, quite true
Leon, I don't think the Indian bloggers have made a serious impact in india......it is not so influential as the readership is still low
GP, ha ha ha
Tilo, I don't think that the cartoon is outrageous. I think the blogging community can help in monitoring the MSM. I think the Chien Sans Frontiers (CSF) recently exposed something about ToI where they had blatantly copied from where. ToI also ran the same story in Calcutta and Mumbai editions by just changing the names of some of the characters in the news article.
Have to agree on this. I once had to use a blogger to get an issue highlighted in the mainstream media and for the said company to buck up their attitude! It definitely made a difference.
