Odeo Mike Testing 1 2 3......

Odeo recently started allowing people to upload podcasts. I wanted to check how it works and hence uploaded some popular tunes (performed by yours truly). I had uploaded this using some other software few months ago. The new readers of this blog might want to check it out.

You can listen to the podcast (or download it) here.

Let me warn you that it is an ‘amateurish’ performance by a wannabe musician. The blogger / performer is not responsible for any damage caused to your ears. Listen at your own risk.

  • Thanks Chanakya. I don't spend much time these days and hence improvement looks like a far fetched dream.

  • Good stuff Kaps. Keep 'em coming. Maybe you can use a low-priced sequencer like N-track next time, so you can record the song in different takes. And was that applause I heard at the end? :)

  • Wow Kaps ! That was a nice one.

  • @PP,
    Thanks man. I will be getting in touch with u to ask about guitar classes.

    @J'adore,
    Odeo will sue me if I sing using their service

    @RamC,
    Thanks Ram. Maybe u should help in this.
    Can we take it up offline :-)

    @Manoj,
    Thanx Sir. Hvn't heard of N-track and all that...will try that. I played the sound which has the applause. Do u really think people will applaud for such a mediocre performance?

    @Somu,
    Thanks mate.

  • heh-heh I knew it was the work of a button, Kaps. Remember me telling you that I used to play a PSR? Not sure if yours has a 'rain&thunder' button too. I know I used that to good effect while playing the intro for Megam Kottattum from Enakkul Oruvan back in college.
    btw, your playing was not "mediocre" at all.

  • @Manoj,
    I think i have a rain and thunder button...but don't use it regularly. Thanks for the compliments.
