A costly miss

Rediff / PTI refers to Singapore’s Ministor Mentor as the Singapore Prime Minister:

Infosys chairman N R Narayana Murthy may still be smarting from a spat with a politician, but he was on Saturday asked by Singapore's Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew to enter politics to "transform India."

  • They won't. They're too scared to get their hands dirty. They'd rather enjoy bein g praised for not being like politicians. That's the game non-politicians play.

  • I think LKY's call to NRN would have worked if NRN were a Singaporean. I don't think he would fare well in electoral politics.

But I'm sure NRN is President material. He would decorate the President's office!
