Listen at your own risk
A R Rahman’s recent release Anbe Aaruyire (Ah Aah) has some very nice BGM pieces. Some of the BGM’s are available at Mohankumars.com
I have tried to recreate one of the BGM’s. This one is a sad version of the Mayilaraghey song. It is available for download from my Odeo Channel. Your feedback is most welcome.
Request you to bear with the poor audio quality.

Hi Kaps!
Really good one I must admit, thought there is disturbance in recording, you have tried something really good.

Use Coral Cache ( http://www.coralcdn.org/ ) save some bandwidth for odeo. using coral cache is very easy. just append .nyud.net:8090 to the link.

Wow! It's very good.
Now, if only you could find a way to dial down the ambient noise..

Hi Kaps,
It is very good so the risk was worth it :-) (You know that I've been telling you to do more audio blogs - even if not vocal, instrumental at least)

Man!!! You amazed me with your talent. Piano is my fav instrument. (I guess this is a keyboard tone, right?) And you play it really good. Am glad to see there are so many talented musicians in the blogosphere. Please keep posting more of these.

All BGMs were classy in Ah Aah...

@Dreamchaser,
Thanks....will try and provide a better quality audio next time
@ThayirSaadham & Thennavan,
Thanks...will try and accede to your request
@Saravan,
Thanks for the info, will try and implement the same
@Chennai Chatter,
I agree with your view. SJ Surya doesn't deserve ARR.
@Dinesh,
Given my limited technical knowledge, this is the best I could do. will figure out a way to minimize the hissing noise.
@Jo,
This was played on the keyboard....there are much more talented people out there.....i just play for fun
@Aravind,
This is not the original soundtrack ......this is the one which I tried to play.

hey kaps
That was beautiful, if you keyboard usb port hook it up to your pc, there are plenty of free software available, try cakewalk for starters the quality will come out just fine.
The chord progression everything sounded right way to go.

Kaps,
Very good work on the chords. Use this tool called 'Audacity' - open source - unlimited tracks - without need for midi - your quality will still be good :-)
Expecting more from you !

@Veda,
Ah Aah music is truly outstanding
@Sen,
I intend to touch base with Ganesh to sort things out
@Ganesh,
My keyboard doesn't have an USB port. the direct connection to PC is not working out fine. hence i got the audio output from the keyboard speakers and recorded the same.
@Arvind,
I did download Audacity....but I don't have an idea about how to use it. Will search the net for more info.
@Aravind,
thanks mate
@J'adore,
Looks like u picked the McDonald's tag line :-)
Even I discontinued my music lessons at some point. I regret it now.
