NDTV News Feeds

Indian News Channel NDTV has started offering RSS feeds for the news content in NDTV.com

The painful part is that you need to register with them and they will email you a customized RSS feed link, which contains your user name and password in the RSS feed link. I don’t know what NDTV is trying to achieve by following this method. Maybe they want to keep track of the number of their RSS subscribers. Hope they don’t change RSS to Really Complicated Syndication (RCS).

  • There is an easy way out if you use Bloglines or any other feed-aggregator. It would prompt you with a list of feeds once you enter the URL and click subscribe.

  • Now this is really funny, if one wants to know the amount of subscribers they have for RSS, this can be done simply with usage of some scripts, if you have checked Rediff.com's RSS, they track each RSS and everynews people come from.

    Thats something really good, but what NDTV trying to do is really crap, they should learn keeping userfirendly always helps, also RSS subsription takes lots of banwdith of the server, may be this is the reason they are adding so many security concerns ?

    People may not like to be spammed by providing their email ID's. The other options is to ask people to submit email ID's so that NDTV can update people about developments.

We can be attacked by China, Pakistan & Bangladesh directly or indirectly. Therefore looking at this future scenario it is very necessary for us to elect a person who can face such kind of problems brave fully and show our capability to the entire world. According to me that person can only be Mr. Rahul Gandhi and I think this because in his horoscope Saturn is situated in Tenth House which makes a Neech Bangh Rajyog. As a result of this Rajyog he is surely going to become the Prime Minister of our Country and this period will come between 08/05/2013 to 08/05/2014.

    Now, looking at his present condition of the stars he will marrying soon. He might get married between 09/12/2007 to 30/08/2008. His wife will be very beautiful and she will belong to a good and reputed family. According to me his wife will be from a famous Political family and after marriage he will be a father of 2 sons.     Finally, I would like to say to Mrs. Sonia Gandhi that Stars are in favor of Mr. Rahul Gandhi and he is definitely going to become the Prime Minister of India in the year 2013. But looking at the current situation of the stars my calculations say that Mr. Jyoti Basu will be the ideal President and Mr. Rahul Gandhi will be the best Foreign Minister of our Country.

  • i think pandit ji has got a wrong kundali of rahul gandhi as per the information available he was born in 1970 not in 1971 and his lagna is Gemini not cancer!
