Outlook has come out with a Stree Special and they have featured a list of Role Model Women. Sania Mirza tops the list. Aishwarya Rai is a notable absentee/omission.

  • Sania's rise(in popularity) has been meteoric in such a short span of time. From her intvs , seems she is a girl with an attitude !No wonder she has topped the list.

  • The list does not include Aishwarya Rai simply because the survey excluded those who featured in the last years survey. if i remember right Ash was right or ninth in the last survey.
