Blogging as a tool to enhance business

In what can be termed as a novel initiative in the Indian context, ING Vysya Life Insurance has started a blogging portal whereby its insurance advisors will interact with potential customers through their individual blogs. Although insurance sales is more effective through face-to-face interaction, this could probably serve as another medium to interact with the customers.
