IC to get a facelift

The Budget Airline booms seems to be benefitting Tier II cities as well. Tuticorin becomes the 5th city in TN to join the air network.

kaps, for your information - the service levels of IA is one of the best in the world. Dont get disillusioned with the singapore - chennai sector. Even there, to manage such a crowd - I would give them full points.

You're telling me. I hate to have to travel on Indian Airlines. But I guess I'm destined to! Next week, its off to Delhi again. At least my return is on the airline that I love - Jet! Wheeeeeeee! ;)

Indian Airlines cannot be considered Bad. But definitely not exceptional like JET AIRWAYS. IMO, I have never seen a service that matches with JET till today. And hey, I compare that with all the international flights that I have seen like Northwest, BA, Thai etc..
'Indian' looks trendy and am sure service is gonna be good too!

singman,
you should travel in the Chennai-Bombay-NY/Chicago sector. If you don't find a roach around, cold food, missed baggages consider yourself lucky and tickets are'nt cheap either.
The red looks a bit too flashy though. Don't know how the interiors are going to be.

@Vibha,
Thanks for dropping by
@Singman,
I appreciate the IA Staff for handling the nagging passengers in the SIN-MAA sector, but would not agree with your statement on their high standards.
@Visit,
yeah it does
@Ravi,
good for u
@TS,
Let's hope that the service improves
@Narayanan,
I think u are referring to AI. IA doesn't fly to the US.
