Jetstar Asia to connect Singapore and Bangalore

Budget carrier Jetstar Asia plans to expand its Indian presence with the introduction of a new flight from Bangalore to Singapore (via). The airline already operates a flight between Kolkata and Singapore. The introductory one-way fare is Rs. 2999 (excluding taxes and charges). I hope Jetstar Asia will expand to more Indian cities in the near future.

  • Great price . The only inconvenience is the timing. It leaves spore at 1am and reaches Bangalore at 3am ! But for that price any timing is ok :-)

  • Amazing price. At this rate a lot more people can afford to go away and see other places, which is wonderful

  • @Cogito,
    The price is irresistible. I wonder what the one-way fare from SIN to BLR is.

    @WA,
    international travel will no longer remain the domain of a select few.

  • Nice price but their jetflex/jetsaver rules allows them to charge more.

  • Can't believe it!! After doing regular rounds of Delhi for the last 4 years (about 3 to 4 times per year - all unplanned and usually finalized a week or two in advance) from Bangalore and Chennai - am yet to come across such a low fare for Delhi !!
