This is exactly as what I'd imagined. Many american writers these write stories that can be made into typical Hollywood films - Archer, for instance. Chetan Bhagat is going that way. When I read ON@TCC, I knew for sure that he wrote it with "Make it into a hindi film" idea.

I haven't Rohan's movies (Bluffmaster)....hence dunno much about his prowess. I think the movie can strike a chord with the city audience / youth provided it has the right ingredients.

Thanks for dropping by. Chetan Bhagat is already working the movie script for FPS and hence I'm not too sure how soon this one will come out.

This is not a new phenomenon in Bollywood / Kollywood. Some of the Tamil movies in the 70s and 80s were based on books by some leading authors (Sivashankari is one name which comes to my mind).
