If there is an award for the dumbest program on Tamil channels, this one would win it hands down. Even Mega-serials look much better when compared to this:
BTW, if SUN TV had an ISP license in Chennai, they might even try to block my blog. I have been getting some strange hits and distasteful comments from SUN TV IP addresses in the past few days. So if this blog vanishes one fine day, just take it for granted that those in power have blocked this under POTA. Let the force be with me.

Kaps, By the way ..how will they use POTA to block ur blog... Have you checked the legal recourses if someone tries to block your blog ? I am asking this because it becomes similar to the kushboo case where she is being tormented for expressing a thought (Fundamental right).......Recent incidents in Tamil Nadu just show how dubious the standards are there and how these idiotic politicians try to justify it....There is no motivation to go back to Chennai....Just take any Govt office in Chennai..There will be a stupid set of rules laid out which would probably not be documented..You would run around 4 - 5 times without any result as the rules keep changing (No one knows the rules)...Finally it is the Peon who tells you what the rules are and God knows the rules may change according to the mood of the Peon.. You lead a very misleading life in Chennai....On second thoughts...I wonder if a "mudhalvan" concept would work in TN...Could like minded professionals team up to build a pragmatic political party and run the government in TN ? Given the sentiments of the makkal...they cannot think beyond DMK or ADMK unless the political candidate is a film star with immense popularity....I am going to take acting classes from tomorrow onwards in the hope for a better future (for our inniya tamil makkal......)

Just to add an incident at the Alandur RTO....I had lost my driving licence and had applied (of course, thru a driving school) for a duplicate. There was a room in the RTO where photos would be snapped and uploaded onto the computer and a few guys were waiting outside the room to have their photos taken. My Driving school guy took me there and asked me to wait at the queue and he left to get some papers. I was waiting in the queue for 5 minutes and a guy outside the queue came up to me and asked : Ethukku ingay ninundirrukae ?
me: Photo edukurthuku...
guy (shouting at me): yaar onnay ingay nikku sonaa ? Ingay elaam nikka koodaathu ..Poi keezhai poi chittu vaangindu vaa..
me : naan ippo thaan keezhainthu mayla vanthaen...avanga thaan photo edukka mayla po sonaanga..chittu elaam onnum kudakalay...
guy : thaniyaa vanthirikiyaa illay driving schoolaa ??
me: Driving school
guy : Enna driving school ?
me : good luck driving school..
guy : Good luck driving schoolku inniki photo edduka maataangalay... nee eppidi inniki vanthay ?
This guy was asking me so many questions and I was answering him without knowing who he was - was he the peon or some officer in the RTO.
My driving school guy just came then and greeted the other guy. It turned out that the other guy was a driving instructor from another school and he had his candidates in the queue and had a few more candidates behind me in the queue..
My guy took me into the photo room bypassing the other candidates ahead of me in the queue and told the photographer : ivan namba pazhan thaan..oru green colour (the background of the passport photo) pottu kuduthidunga. Got my photo snapped and came out.
Looks like anyone can create rules here. My driving instructor had his own rules ( I could just go in and get my photo) and the other driving instructor was trying to create a rule whereby there were designated dates for different driving schools to bring in their candidates for photo shooting...my god.....Just extrapolate it to the higher echelons in the Govt...when it comes to them they can freak out with women and have parties and when it comes to a private party...the licence of the hotel is suspended...Here the rules come to play....who makes the rules ? Going by my story ...anyone can make rules in Chennai....That is what is happening now...

I think when they started this program, it was a novel idea (Surprising the callers etc) , but the program now has outlived its lifetime.
The same is true for "Ungal Choice" .

i have to agree that show is probably the worst i've seen from suntv. That guy is hardly a comedian its almost like he's rude! And the girl's just out of place. She'll do much better getting out of that programme and having to do nonsensical hand gestures they call creativity.

I am sure you didn't write anything bad.
I am sure Mr.K.Maran is a guy with a vision. I am not sure about the rest, but to me, he is a decent guy.
I read the comments as well. Just disregard them Kaps. Continue the good work ..! MHO, as long as we don't attack individuals like Srivatsan did today in his blog..its ok.
